Cover Design: The cover of this book is colorful and fun. You can almost see the playful nature of the dog. Very eye catching. 5 STARS

Concept: Koelling has written a unique story about how if you believe in yourself anything is possible. Even a dog talking. This book is an imaginative way to teach children to believe in themselves and not to give up on their dreams. They just need to believe. 5 STARS

Plot/Subplot: The plot of this book is Trudy learning to believe in herself, to never give up. The subplot is the lesson within the story that if you just believe, anything is possible. 5 STARS

Character Development: When the book begins, we meet Trudy and learn a little about her. As she goes through the book, she begins to learn more about herself. As she learns to believe in herself, she finds anything is possible. 5 STARS

Entertainment Level: This is a cute story every child will love and should hear. A must read! 5 STARS

Trudy Can Talk from the I Can Series is a great book to teach young children that meeting new people and doing new things doesn't have to be fearful. And they can do anything they put their minds to.
