With over three decades of experience in forestry and wildland firefighting, Josh Shroyer has battled blazes across the Central Plains, Midwest, Lake States, and nearly every corner of the Western U.S. Starting as a rookie firefighter with the Wellington-Napoleon Fire Protection District in Missouri in 1990, he went on to work for the Missouri Department of Conservation, and the Wyoming State Forestry Division. Rising through the ranks to Operations Section Chief - Complex and Liaison Officer on national Complex Incident Management Teams, Josh's career has been defined by leadership, resilience, and a deep connection to the land.
