"Brooklyn's Bridge" by Gary Guest. It's hard to find a book that one can recommend to everyone, but this book is it. From the beginning, you just want to read more and can't turn the pages fast enough. "Brooklyn's Bridge" is way too short for us and we want to hear more about the Borgman family and the small town of Anomie, Kansas. Chock filled with possibilities for other books we just want Gary to keep on writing. Reviewed by Anonymous
Brooklyn’s Bridge was a great Christian faith-based book that I couldn’t put down. Brooklyn became a great fighter pilot who eventually saved many lives after being drafted into the Army Air Force. I really wish to read a sequel of this book to see just how Brooks and his fiancée, Ellen, lived out their lives together and just how many children they became blessed with. It touched me with the way Brooks dealt with his current situation given to him by the USA.
I love how the parents of Brooks and Brooks himself leaned upon God, like most of us tend to do in our lives when we need him the most and how God works in their lives in special ways and through special people that are put in our lives by him.
Anyone who reads this book will not be able to put it down. I cannot wait to read more by this author.

Brooklyn Bridge is a true piece of Americana. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this book. A cross between "Hero of Hacksaw Ridge" and "Fried Green Tomatoes" this book will delight you and fill you with feel-good emotions.
Gary Guest has a winner on his hands. We just might move to Amonie KS. A quick read with a dash of homespun romance is something you will want to share with your family and friends of all ages.

A really great story depicting the American Dream. From unknown beginnings to trials, tribulations and growing up in America. Trusting in God and keeping the faith to do His will.
